Position Overview
We are seeking a Maintenance Crew Lead whose primary responsibility is to lead and work alongside a landscape maintenance crew to provide exceptional service to residential and commercial properties.
This role is all about: - Leading crew members in daily field operations - Delivering high-quality landscape maintenance services - Ensuring safety, efficiency, and accountability - Maintaining strong customer relationships
What You’ll Do
- Lead and supervise daily maintenance crew activities
- Perform mowing, trimming, edging, pruning, cleanup, and general landscape maintenance
- Ensure properties are serviced to company quality standards
- Operate trucks, trailers, mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other landscape equipment
- Train and support crew members on job expectations and safety procedures
- Communicate job progress, site issues, and customer concerns to management
- Ensure equipment and vehicles are clean, organized, and properly maintained
- Maintain route efficiency and complete daily schedules on time
- Provide excellent customer service and professionalism on-site
What We’re Looking for
- Previous landscape maintenance experience required
- Prior leadership or crew lead experience preferred
- Strong work ethic and ability to lead by example
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required
- Ability to safely operate trucks and trailers
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
