Job Duties:
This position oversees human resources operations for eighteen units and the regional office in Region III. Duties include assisting employees by answering questions related to their time, pay, benefits and other concerns related to their employment with the Texas Department of Criminal Justice. Daily functions include answering phones, emails, maintaining employee files and conducting site visits to HR offices within the region.

You have 5 years of experience in customer service, human resources, clerical, secretarial, administrative support, public administration, financial operations, auditing or technical program support.
Are organized and detail oriented.
Good at problem solving and dispute resolution.
