Elevation Healthcare is actively recruiting Speech-Language Pathologists for full-time school-based opportunities in the Spartanburg, South Carolina area for the upcoming 2026–2027 school year.
All applicants must hold, or be eligible to obtain, South Carolina licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist along with an SC Educator Certificate. Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities
- Administer speech and language assessments, evaluations, and therapeutic interventions
- Conduct student evaluations and maintain accurate documentation
- Collaborate with administrators, teachers, parents, and related service providers while developing and implementing IEPs
- Provide evidence-based therapy services tailored to individual student needs
- Support students’ communication development across educational settings
Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- South Carolina Speech-Language Pathologist licensure/certification or eligibility to obtain licensure
- Previous pediatric or school-based experience preferred
