Company Story.
The car accident that started Therafit Rehab. Rich Ayres (brother and uncle) was struck by a drunk driver head-on in Jan of 2001 and suffered a traumatic brain injury. His life was instantly changed. He was in a vegetative state with very limited therapy resources due to his limited awareness.
It was a long road to recovery. Much of his rehab was performed at home by his sister Gina. Realizing the severe gap in outpatient Neurological Rehab, she set out to do something about it. So in Jan of 2006, we opened our first location. And today Therafit Rehab has 6 locations.
Therafit Rehab is dedicated to helping people live the most fulfilling and independent lives possible. We offer physical, occupational, and speech therapy. We treat one-on-one to allow for optimal patient-centered care.
We work together.
We have cultivated a strong team of physical, occupational, and speech therapists. We encourage collaboration with other disciplines. If you are searching for a fantastic team to join and develop your clinical skills with, we would love to support you on your journey. Clinicians should work in an environment where they feel valued, heard, and equipped to grow in their careers

Our Mentorship Program.
We understand the importance of growth for both new grads and experienced therapists. That's why we've designed a unique mentoring program tailored to your needs, whether you're just starting out or looking to specialize in neuro-based therapy. This program offers hands-on training with a senior mentor, focusing on the essential aspects of neuro-rehabilitation. Through weekly meetings and direct treatment guidance, your mentor will be a constant source of support and knowledge, helping you navigate complex cases and broaden your skills.
As you progress, the program shifts to monthly meetings and weekly email check-ins, continuing for up to a year or until you feel fully confident in your abilities. This approach ensures that you're never alone on your journey to becoming a proficient therapist. By joining our team, you're stepping into a nurturing environment where your professional growth is our top priority, equipping you to provide exceptional care to our diverse patient community.
