Agricultural Sales Representative - Travel & Inside Sales
Remote with Travel | Full-Time | 10-15 Agricultural Trade Shows Per Year
Agratronix is looking for a highly motivated, energetic, and relationship-driven Agricultural Sales Representative to help grow our agricultural product lines across the U.S. market. This role combines travel, trade shows, customer relationships, and inside sales follow-up.

Responsibilities
· Attend approximately 10-15 agricultural trade shows per year throughout the U.S.
· Represent Agratronix at trade shows, dealer events, distributor meetings, and customer visits.
· Set up and work trade show booths, demonstrate products, answer questions, and collect leads.
· Build relationships with farmers, dealers, distributors, retailers, and agricultural businesses.
· Follow up with trade show leads in a timely and professional manner.
· Conduct inside sales calls, emails, and customer outreach when not traveling.
· Support existing accounts and help identify new sales opportunities.
· Learn Agratronix products and confidently explain features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
· Work closely with management, customer service, marketing, and operations.
· Help gather feedback from the field on customer needs, competitor activity, and new product opportunities.
· Maintain accurate notes, lead lists, follow-up activity, and customer records.
· Assist with product training, sales materials, and customer education as needed.
Ideal Candidate
· Highly motivated, self-driven, and goal-oriented.
· Comfortable traveling and working trade shows.
· Friendly, outgoing, and confident speaking with customers.
· Organized and strong with follow-up.
· Interested in agriculture, farming, ag equipment, ag retail, animal fencing, grain, hay, coffee, or related industries.
· Comfortable working remotely and managing their own schedule.
· Willing to learn technical product details and explain them clearly.
· Professional, dependable, and willing to jump in wherever needed.
· Excited to help grow a strong agricultural brand.
Qualifications
· Agricultural background, farm experience, FFA/4-H experience, ag sales experience, ag retail experience, or strong interest in agriculture preferred.
· Sales, customer service, dealer support, or trade show experience preferred.
· Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
· Ability to travel overnight for trade shows and customer visits.
· Comfortable using email, phone, CRM systems, spreadsheets, and basic sales tools.
· Valid driver's license.
· Ability to lift and move trade show materials or product displays as needed.

Compensation
Compensation will be based on experience and may include a base salary plus performance incentives or commission opportunities.
Travel expenses for approved company trade shows and business travel will be covered according to company policy.
Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
