As the Founding Manager, you’ll have the unique opportunity to build your own team from the ground up, set the culture for a brand-new store, and grow with a local multi-unit owner.
Total Compensation: Competitive base salary + performance-based bonuses + tips (Managers keep their tips too!).
The "Launch" Bonus: Special sign-on/retention bonus for successfully leading the new store through its first 90 days.

Current Tennessee Cosmetology or Barber License (Required).
Minimum 1-2 years of salon management or leadership experience.
Strong communication skills and a positive, "can-do" attitude.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
