About the Role
We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Senior Onsite Service Specialist to join a professional corporate office in Salt Lake City. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying active throughout the day, takes initiative, and thrives in a fast-paced office environment. You'll play a key role in supporting daily mailroom operations, shipping and receiving, print services, and general office support across multiple buildings.
Key Responsibilities
- Sort, process, apply postage, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail across four office buildings.
- Handle shipping and receiving for USPS, UPS, and FedEx packages.
- Pick up mail from designated mail stops throughout the campus.
- Assist with conference room setups by arranging tables and chairs for meetings and events.
- Support the print shop with copying, printing, binding, and finishing projects.
- Monitor office copiers by replenishing paper and toner supplies.
- Maintain organized mail and shipping areas while ensuring timely delivery of materials.
- Provide excellent customer service to employees and visitors.
- Follow established procedures while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 1–2 years of experience in mailroom, shipping/receiving, office services, or a related environment.
- Previous copy/print production experience is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with office equipment.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
- Valid driver's license and personal vehicle may be required for occasional local travel (mileage reimbursement provided).
Physical Requirements
- Lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Frequently walk between multiple buildings throughout the workday.
- Stand, bend, stretch, reach, and perform repetitive movements.
- Push or move wheeled office equipment when necessary.
- Comfortable working in an active office environment.
