Property Manager Assistant position available for a high energy, results oriented, people person for single and multi-family property management company located in Indianapolis, IN.
Responsibilities include: accounts receivable, client relations, supervising of all marketing, leasing and administrative functions; supervising of, tenant/landlord relations, supervising of day-to-day work orders, financial analysis and reporting, and special projects as assigned.
Property Manager responsibilities include managing the overall day-to-day operations of 400 single family portfolio, including the supervision of office and maintenance functions in compliance with all company policies and procedures and all applicable Federal, State and local laws and housing programs, including but not limited to Equal Employment Opportunity, Fair Housing and Human Rights statutes.
Preferred Qualifications/Skills:
- Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work independently with minimal supervision
- Extremely well organized, detail-oriented, and efficient
- Committed, reliable, and punctual
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to multi-task with little direction
- Exceptional customer service skills and/or prior experience serving customers
The position requires a positive, hard worker who is willing to learn and enjoys working independently. Real Estate license preferred but not mandatory. Bilingual English/Spanish persons greatly needed.
