Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper/Laundry professional to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of our facilities, ensuring that all linens and garments are laundered to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in hotel housekeeping or dry cleaning, with a strong commitment to providing exceptional service.
Responsibilities
- Launder linens, towels, and bedding using appropriate washing and drying techniques.
- Sort, wash, dry, fold, and distribute clean laundry items efficiently.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment at all times.
- Making sure linen closet is fully stocked at all times.
- Time and attendance is a must.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or dry cleaning is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Knowledge of proper laundering techniques for various fabrics.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy loads as required.
