Experience
- Proven experience working in a dining establishments or high-volume restaurants with a strong background in food production and service management
- Extensive knowledge of dietary requirements, food handling procedures, and kitchen safety standards
- Demonstrated ability to manage inventory control effectively while maintaining high-quality food standards
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of team management, training, and motivating staff to achieve excellence
