Responsibilities
- Efficiently clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment to uphold health and safety standards.
- Assist servers by bussing tables promptly and resetting dining areas to ensure smooth service flow.
- Support food preparation tasks as needed, including basic chopping, plating assistance, or ingredient organization.
- Maintain cleanliness in all food service areas, including kitchens, dining rooms, and storage spaces.
- Help with catering events or banquet setups by transporting supplies and clearing after events.
- Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and quality in all tasks performed.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and servers to deliver exceptional hospitality experiences for guests.
Experience
- Previous restaurant experience or exposure to food service environments is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and willingness to learn.
- Experience with bussing tables or supporting catering and banquet functions is a plus.
- Familiarity with cleaning protocols, food handling safety standards, and basic kitchen operations will set you up for success.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting is essential.
