BioWellnessX is hiring a Part-Time Fulfillment & Logistics Associate at our North Carolina Distribution Center. We’re seeking a reliable, detail-oriented individual to help us bring natural relief products to our customers with care, consistency, and efficiency.
This role starts as part-time with the opportunity to grow into a full-time, long-term position within the company. We’re not just looking for another employee — we’re building a team.
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in our warehouse operations, ensuring that all orders are accurately picked, carefully packed, and shipped in a timely manner. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
You'll be handling some of our most popular products — including gummies, edibles, and other hemp-derived cannabis goods — and ensuring that each shipment leaves our facility with care and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick, pack, and label customer orders for shipping
- Drop off prepared packages at local USPS and UPS locations
- Maintain a clean and organized fulfillment space
- Conduct basic inventory checks and report discrepancies
- Follow safety and compliance procedures when handling cannabis products
- Work alongside a supportive team focused on quality and customer satisfaction
- Assist in shipping and receiving processes, ensuring all incoming and outgoing shipments are handled correctly.
- Collaborate with the warehouse supervisor to maintain inventory accuracy and organization.
Ideal Candidate:
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
- Able to work on your feet and lift boxes up to 30 lbs
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving warehouse setting
- Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation for drop-offs
- A self-starter who takes pride in their work
- Prior experience in packaging, shipping, or fulfillment is a plus
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
