Taldeco is seeking 6 Die Helpers on days/nights in Roseville, MI. A die helper will be working in the tool room and die shop to support die makers in building new stamping dies.
Job Responsibilities/Overview:
- Assist in the setup of dies and other tooling on stamping or die-cutting machines
- Grind, etch, set dies, spot, and work hand in hand with die makers
- Prior tooling, blueprint reading, welding, and sheet metal fabrication are a plus
- Ensure all necessary materials are prepared and ready for production
- Inspect materials and finished products for quality/adherence to specifications
- Ability to use hand tools/power tools safely and effectively including a tape measure
Bonus: Individuals with a Strong background in Die Making or Die Tryout
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
