Position Overview
We are seeking a full-time Healthcare Customer Service Representative to join our Resupply Team in Bedford, NH.
This position is ideal for individuals looking to transition into healthcare, customer service, or administrative careers. No prior healthcare experience is required — we provide comprehensive training and support to help you succeed.
In this role, you will work closely with patients and healthcare providers to ensure patients receive the supplies and support they need. You will answer questions, process orders, troubleshoot equipment concerns, and provide exceptional customer service every step of the way.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls from patients and healthcare provider offices in a professional and compassionate manner.
- Assist patients with ordering replacement supplies and equipment.
- Provide guidance and basic troubleshooting for respiratory and sleep therapy equipment.
- Process patient orders accurately and efficiently.
- Communicate with patients through phone, email, and live chat.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in company systems.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent patient service and support.
- Perform additional administrative and operational duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong computer skills and the ability to navigate multiple systems.
- Organized, dependable, and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, banking, administration, or healthcare is a plus, but not required.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
