Position Summary
The TMS Technician plays a vital role in delivering safe, effective, and compassionate care to patients undergoing Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) therapy.
This position is open to entry-level candidates and is a perfect opportunity for individuals working toward a career as a therapist, behavioral health technician, or other mental health professional. No prior TMS experience is required—comprehensive paid training is provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer TMS treatments in accordance with physician orders and FDA guidelines.
- Prepare patients for treatment and explain procedures in a supportive, reassuring manner.
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered care throughout treatment sessions.
- Monitor patients during sessions and communicate concerns to the physician or clinical staff.
- Accurately document treatments and patient responses in the EMR.
- Maintain treatment rooms, TMS equipment, and clinical supplies.
- Perform routine clinic duties to maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment, including wiping down treatment chairs and equipment between patients, stocking supplies, and assisting with general office upkeep.
- Assist with other administrative or clinical responsibilities as assigned to support daily clinic operations.
- Adhere to HIPAA, infection control, safety, and clinic policies.

QualificationsRequired
- Bachelor's degree in mental health, healthcare, or a related field
- OR
- Currently working toward a bachelor's degree in mental health, healthcare, or a related field
OR
- Equivalent education or relevant experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Professional, compassionate, reliable, and patient-focused demeanor
- Ability to learn and follow clinical protocols
- Basic computer skillsPreferred (Not Required)
- Psychology, neuroscience, social work, nursing, or pre-health background
- Experience in a patient-facing or healthcare role
- Interest in mental health or behavioral health services

Pay: $17.50 - $18.50 per hour
