We are seeking both a Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to deliver high-quality therapy services in our Fountain City location. Primary job responsibilities include:
-Directing and supporting patient care in the clinic under the supervision of our Clinic Director.
-Develop appropriate exercise prescriptions for reconditioning exercises for patients.
-Documenting and assuring patient’s progress according to standard clinical procedures.
-Providing motivation and support as well as guidance to the patients.
-Develop appropriate exercise prescriptions for home exercise program and assure that the patient understands how to maintain the achievement of our program to the best of his/her ability, helping to prevent further medical problems related to the injury or disease.
-Interaction with physicians, nurse practitioners and insurance companies regarding patients.
-Policing clinic area (e.g. safety, water, towels, tidiness)
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $25.00 - $29.00 per hour
