The Providence Oyster Bar located in East Greenwich is hiring a Dishwasher!
Duties and Responsibilities

Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, glassware, kitchen equipment, etc.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area and kitchen, including sweeping and mopping floors, removing trash and debris, etc.

Uphold the kitchen cleanliness standards including sanitizing surfaces.

Adhere to the Health Department standards at all times within all kitchen operations. Immediately, report any concerns with the manager.

Uphold the FIFO (First In, First Out) process to include all products are appropriately dated.

Uphold the refrigerator food storage safety measures to include product placement and temperature logs.

Report inventory and product needs to the manager

Uphold the company's policies and procedures.

All other assigned duties.
