Position Overview
As the General Manager (GM), you are the ultimate leader of the restaurant—responsible for setting direction, driving results, and ensuring an exceptional guest and team experience. You’ll oversee all aspects of daily operations, profitability, staffing, and performance management.
Qualifications
- Proven 5+ years leadership experience in a fast‑paced food service environment
- Demonstrated ability to coach, develop, and inspire team members toward career growth
- Excellent communication, customer service, and relationship‑building skills
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities independently
- Strong problem‑solving, critical‑thinking, and decision‑making abilities
- Solid understanding of store financials and how they impact business performance
- Ability to proactively identify trends and drive change to achieve optimal results
- Open availability, including days, late nights, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs
What You’ll Do
- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring safety, service, and efficiency while maintaining compliance with audits, policies, and regulations
- Ensure a seamless, satisfying dining experience by responding to guest feedback, resolving issues, and creating plans to exceed expectations
- Maintain proper staffing and coverage in a 7‑day‑a‑week environment through strategic scheduling and resource allocation
- Hire, train, and develop a high‑performing team through coaching, performance management, and ongoing feedback
Pay: From $58,000.00 per year
