Max Pac, a leading retail packaging distributor, is seeking a motivated and capable individual to fulfill a customer service role in our Columbia, SC office.
Duties and skills to include providing courteous and knowledgeable responses to inquires via phone, email, or in person visits. Candidate will learn to input orders, submit customer credit requests and call tags, assist with company mail, process sample requests from the sales force, perform record keeping, assist the sales manager with stock item promotions, assist with office supply orders, and work under the direct supervision of the sales and operations manager.
Pay: From $17.50 per hour
