Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated Claims Trainee to join our team. No prior claims experience is required—just a strong willingness to learn, excellent communication skills, and a customer-focused mindset. Through our structured 6–8 week training program, you will develop the knowledge and technical skills needed to handle auto insurance claims, support daily operations, and contribute to the success of the claims team.
Duties
- Participate in Training: Complete the structured onboarding and training program to build foundational claims knowledge and become proficient in internal systems and processes.
- Shadow Experienced Team Members: Observe and learn from experienced claims professionals to understand workflows, best practices, and customer service expectations.
- Support Daily Claims Operations: Assist with data entry, claim documentation, report preparation, and other administrative tasks that support efficient claim handling.
- Handle Phone Communication: Make outbound calls and respond to inbound calls professionally while providing clear, courteous assistance to customers and internal partners.
- Apply Coaching and Feedback: Incorporate guidance from supervisors and mentors to strengthen technical skills, accuracy, and overall job performance.
- Perform Other Duties as Assigned: Support the team with additional responsibilities as needed.

- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Motivated team player with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Sound judgment and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer applications.
- Ability to obtain a Texas Property and Casualty Adjuster License.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related environment preferred.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
