About the role
This is a B2B outside sales position. You will be responsible for generating your own leads, running the full sales cycle, and closing new business accounts. There is no inbound lead flow, no marketing hand-offs, and no account management. This role is built for someone who thrives in the field and knows how to create opportunities from scratch.
LumeraMed Billing provides outsourced billing and revenue management services to businesses across the El Paso and Las Cruces market. You will be the first point of contact for every prospect and the driving force behind our client growth. If you are a proven B2B closer who wants full ownership of your pipeline and uncapped recurring commissions, this role was built for you.
What you’ll do
- Identify and prospect small-to-mid-size businesses in the El Paso and Las Cruces market
- Build your pipeline through cold outreach, LinkedIn, networking, and door-to-door when appropriate
- Run the full sales cycle — from first contact through discovery, presentation, and close
- Meet and exceed monthly new business targets
- Represent LumeraMed at local business events, chamber meetings, and industry mixers
- Log activity and pipeline in CRM and report on progress weekly
What we’re looking for
- 2+ years of outside or B2B sales experience — the industry does not matter, the results do
- A track record of hitting or exceeding quota in a commission-driven environment
- Self-starter who builds their own pipeline and does not wait for warm leads
- Strong communicator — comfortable cold calling, walking in cold, and presenting to decision-makers
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred for this market
- Based in El Paso, TX or Las Cruces, NM
Compensation
$100,000–$150,000+ per year
Commission-only with uncapped earning potential. Clients sign ongoing service agreements, which means your commissions are recurring — every account you close keeps paying. The reps who treat this like a business and not a job consistently earn six figures.
