We are seeking a Speech Therapy Contractor to serve students within Katy Independent School District.
Current openings in Elementary, Middle School, and High School Campuses
We’re looking for a dedicated professional who delivers high-quality services, has a strong heart for helping children, and is excited to support a growing school-based program. This role requires flexibility and a willingness to assist with a variety of responsibilities as student needs evolve throughout the school year.

Requirements:
At least one year of pediatric or school-based experience (if CF can be during clinical practicums
Must hold a valid Texas license as a Speech-Language Pathologist (CF or CCC-SLP)
Strong collaboration and communication skills for working in an educational setting
Compensation: Rates based on years of experience and if Bilingual Spanish and English

Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 7.5-hour workdays following the KISD academic calendar
Part-time options may be considered at the start of the contract.

Role Responsibilities in Katy ISD
Provide high-quality speech and language services to students across assigned campuses
Conduct evaluations, review data, and help determine eligibility
Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with IEP goals
Participate in ARD/IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents
Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to district and state guidelines
Support students in developing effective communication skills that foster academic and social success
Qualifications
Experience with pediatric or school-based speech therapy
Texas Intern CF-SLP or CCC-SLP license
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology / Communication Disorders
