Sozo Family Fitness is looking for a friendly, dependable, and service-oriented Front Desk Associate to join our team in Chapin, SC. You'll be an important part of creating a welcoming experience for our members and guests while supporting the daily operations of our fitness center.

Responsibilities
- Welcome members and guests, check members in, and assist prospective members with tours and general information.
- Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Assist with memberships, account updates, and basic sales transactions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk and lobby.
- Work independently while communicating effectively with team members to ensure an excellent member experience.
- Promote Sozo Family Fitness programs, services, and events.
- Complete opening, closing, and daily front desk responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Friendly, outgoing, and passionate about serving others
- Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills
- Self-motivated, reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Able to multitask, pay attention to detail, and learn new software
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
- Flexible schedule with the ability to open and close the gym as needed
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must live within 15 miles of Chapin, SC
Schedule
Applicants should be available for:
- Morning shifts as needed
- Afternoon and evening shifts
- At least two Saturday shifts per month
- Flexibility to adjust scheduling based on business needs
