What You’ll Do:
- Perform a wide range of building, electrical, mechanical, and grounds maintenance tasks to ensure continuous facility operations.
- Serve as the primary advisor on mechanical systems and components, keeping everything from pumps to electrical systems in top condition.
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain systems with hands-on problem-solving that makes a real difference in a fast-paced environment.
What We’re Looking For:
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 2+ years of maintenance-related experience.
- Licensure: Valid Tennessee Driver’s License.
- Skills & Competencies: Knowledge of electro-mechanical systems, pump/valve repair, electrical test equipment, HVAC, sheet metal fabrication, soldering, and more. Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.
Physical/Mental Requirements:
- Ability to bend, stoop, lift a minimum of 25 lbs., climb steps and ladders, and walk for extended periods.
- Able to perform under stress, especially during emergency situations.
- Ability to problem-solve with limited variables in standard situations.
- Strong vision, color vision, and depth perception required.
