We're looking for a creative, organized, and motivated Marketing Assistant to help us grow our presence within the community and share the incredible work happening every day at Circle Creek Therapy.
This position is perfect for someone who enjoys marketing, social media, content creation, and bringing new ideas to life. You'll work alongside our leadership team and therapists to create meaningful content, strengthen our community presence, and help us continue reaching more families.

Brainstorm and implement creative marketing ideas that increase awareness of Circle Creek Therapy.

Research innovative ways to connect with families, healthcare providers, schools, and community organizations.

Identify new opportunities to promote our services and grow our presence within the community.

Design flyers, brochures, newsletters, signage, and other marketing materials.

Assist with planning and promoting community events and clinic initiatives.

Help maintain a consistent and professional brand across all marketing materials.

Stay informed on current marketing trends and bring fresh ideas to the team.

Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging content across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms.

Collaborate with therapists and staff to develop educational videos, therapy tips, clinic highlights, behind-the-scenes content, and team features.

Capture photos and videos throughout the clinic while maintaining professionalism and brand consistency.

Direct and coordinate video content to ensure messaging aligns with our mission and values.

Edit graphics, videos, and photos using Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar programs.

Monitor social media performance and identify opportunities to increase engagement and community reach.

Assist leadership with administrative and special projects.

Organize marketing materials and digital assets.

Support planning and coordination of clinic events.

Perform additional administrative duties as assigned to support clinic operations.

This is a part-time position requiring approximately 15–20 hours per week with a flexible schedule.
Some hours may be required during community events or while capturing content within the clinic.
This is an in-person position based at our Auburn, Washington clinic.
All scheduled hours are worked on-site to encourage collaboration with our therapy team, allow for content creation within the clinic, and support community outreach activities.
Remote and hybrid work are not available for this position.
$18.00–$23.00 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
