Previous experience in coaching or playing the specific sport/activity, with a strong understanding of the rules, techniques, and strategies.
Knowledge of safety protocols, injury prevention, and first aid, with a commitment to ensuring a safe environment for all participants.
Must have a thorough understanding of MSHSL and District policies and expectations.
Availability to attend practices, games, and other team-related events, including evenings and weekends as required.

Assistant Girls Swimming and Diving Coach.

This role includes planning and conducting practice sessions, promoting teamwork, sportsmanship, and skill development, and ensuring the safety and well-being of all participants. The Coach collaborates with other staff, maintains communication with parents, and supports the academic and personal growth of students. Additional duties may include assisting with team selection, managing equipment, organizing events or competitions, and representing the program within the school and community.

$4,682 stipend for each Season

Benefits for this position are limited due to the limited and variable nature of the role. Benefits may be adjusted as the role becomes a long-term position.
- Sick Leave/Earned Safe & Sick Time - Earn 1 hour for every 30 hours worked
