About the Role:
The Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) plays a critical role in delivering high-quality patient care within various healthcare settings across the United States. This position involves providing direct nursing care under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians, ensuring patients' comfort, safety, and well-being. The LVN is responsible for monitoring patient health, administering medications, and assisting with medical procedures, contributing to effective treatment plans. Through compassionate communication and meticulous documentation, the LVN supports both patients and healthcare teams in achieving optimal health outcomes. Ultimately, this role is essential in maintaining the continuity of care and enhancing the overall patient experience.
Minimum Qualifications:

Current and valid Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Registered Nurse license in the state of practice within the United States.

Completion of an accredited vocational nursing program.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Strong understanding of nursing principles, patient care standards, and medical terminology.

Ability to pass background checks and meet health screening requirements.
Preferred Qualifications:

Responsibilities:

Provide basic nursing care to patients, including monitoring vital signs, administering prescribed medications, and assisting with daily living activities.

Document patient information accurately and timely in medical records to ensure continuity of care.

Observe and report changes in patients’ conditions to the healthcare team promptly.
