Pay & Professional Benefits
We believe in a transparent, professional pay structure that values every minute of your work:
- Tiered Professional Pay:
- Clinical Treatment Rate: $30-32.00/hr
- Non-services hrs: $20.00/hr
- Compensation will be determined based on the candidate's professional background and skill set.
Benefits (Beginning after a 90-day probation period):
- CEU Stipend: $300 annual allowance for pediatric-specific certifications.
- Benefits vary by employment status and average hours worked per week.

Qualifications
- Active Florida State COTA License & NBCOT Certification.
