Fabricate complete chemical feed skid systems: pipe fitting, structural supports, machining, and assembly to match blueprints/drawings.

Spot and report drawing inaccuracies to the foreman.

Assemble and wire electrical components into skid systems based on Electrical Controls Designers’ drawings and supplied control panels.

Run PVC and metal conduit cleanly and to spec.

Complete electrical wiring installation as needed.

Execute functional testing on finished systems.

Keep quality control records and test forms accurate and up to date.

Support field startup and service when required.

Manage and maintain personal tools.

Verify pulled parts against the Bill of Materials; report failed parts.

1+ year of manufacturing experience.

Proficient at reading electrical blueprints and schematic drawings.

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Practical electrical experience.

Mechanical aptitude and accurate measurement skills.

Ability to lift 50–75 pounds safely.

Manual dexterity with hand tools.

Comfort shifting priorities; work well solo and with a team.

Available for overtime as needed.

Solid math fundamentals.

Ability to analyze mechanical and electro/mechanical failures using schematics.

Pass in-house forklift certification.

Associate degree in an electrical-related field.

Monday: Review new skid drawings, reconcile BOM, flag an inconsistency to the foreman, begin conduit layout.

Tuesday–Wednesday: Wire control panels per designer drawings; log QC checks and test results.

Thursday: Pipe fitting and support fabrication; perform interim functional test.

Friday: Final assembly, full functional test, prep for possible field startup support.
