We are currently hiring Production Associates / General Laborers for a leading agricultural manufacturing company in Waverly, Nebraska. This industry-leading organization plays a vital role in crop, flower, vegetable, and turf production and offers a clean, team-oriented environment with long-term career growth opportunities.

Job Responsibilities
As a Production Associate, you will support daily manufacturing and warehouse operations by:
- Operating pallet jacks to move materials throughout the warehouse and factory
- Packaging, measuring, labeling, and storing agricultural products
- Assisting with machinery operation and general production tasks
- Supporting manufacturing processes to ensure product quality and efficiency
- Performing general labor duties as assigned
- Maintaining a safe, organized, and clean work environment
- Assisting with facility and production area cleaning to support safety and quality standards
Schedule & Pay
1st Shift
- Monday – Friday
- 7:00 AM – 3:45 PM
- 45-minute lunch break
Pay: Up to $19.00 per hour
- Weekly pay

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Previous experience in manufacturing, production, factory, warehouse, industrial, or general labor environments preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production setting
- Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards
