Koko Head Cafe is looking for energetic, hardworking Bussers to join one of Honolulu's busiest and most exciting restaurant teams. Led by Chef/Partner Lee Anne Wong, we serve award-winning modern Hawaiian comfort food in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where every position plays an important role in creating an exceptional guest experience.

What We're Looking For
- Availability for early morning shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant
- Team-first mentality with a willingness to jump in wherever needed
- Professional appearance and reliable attendance
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to lift and carry bus tubs, dishes, and restaurant equipment throughout your shift
Busser Responsibilities
- Clear, clean, and reset tables quickly and efficiently
- Support servers to ensure smooth and timely service
- Refill water, assist with food running, and help anticipate guest needs
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining room, service stations, and guest areas
- Restock plates, silverware, glassware, and service supplies
- Assist with opening, closing, and side work to keep the restaurant operating efficiently
- Work closely with the entire front and back of house team to deliver outstanding hospitality
Qualifications
- Restaurant or hospitality experience is a plus, but not required—we're happy to train the right person
- Ability to stay organized and maintain urgency under pressure
- Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Passion for hospitality and providing great guest experiences
