What You’ll Do:
- Install residential and light commercial HVAC systems (furnaces, A/Cs, heat pumps, mini-splits, etc.)
- Use MeasureQuick to ensure systems meet performance and efficiency specs
- Follow company procedures and local codes to complete quality installations
- Work closely with team members and dispatch to stay on schedule
- Educate customers on system use and maintenance
- Maintain clean, professional job sites and company vehicles
- Participate in regular technical and service training through Nexstar and in-house programs
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of hands-on HVAC installation experience
- EPA 608 certification (Type II or Universal)
- Comfortable using or learning tools like MeasureQuick
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Positive attitude and team-focused mindset
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work in tight spaces or rooftops when required

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
