What You’ll Do
- Diagnose and repair HVAC systems including A/C units, heat pumps, furnaces, boilers, geothermal, and IAQ systems
- Perform routine preventative maintenance and recommend proactive solutions
- Respond to emergency service calls
- Ensure high-quality workmanship and complete customer satisfaction
- Adhere to company and safety protocols
- Work collaboratively with teammates and office staff
What You Bring
- 2+ years of HVAC service and repair experience
- EPA 608 Universal Certification (Required)
- Familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams and diagnostics
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and perform physical tasks
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and digital work apps
- Clear, professional communication skills
