SoTex Coffee Roasters is a premier mobile coffee trailer operating in Kingsville, Texas. We specialize in high-quality, espresso-based beverages and proudly roast our own coffee beans directly inside the trailer, packaging them as whole bean and ground coffee for our community.

Position Overview
The Barista & Coffee Roasting Assistant plays a vital role in daily operations. You will be responsible for preparing premium espresso drinks, managing customer transactions,
maintaining a spotless mobile environment, and assisting with the coffee roasting and
packaging process.
Key Responsibilities
● Beverage Preparation: Craft high-quality espresso-based drinks, teas, and specialty
beverages consistently according to established recipes.
● Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, handle point-of-sale (POS) transactions, and ensure a welcoming experience.
● Roasting & Packaging Assistance: Assist with the measuring, packaging, and labeling
of freshly roasted whole bean and ground coffee bags.
● Trailer Operations & Cleanliness: Follow strict food safety and cleanliness guidelines.
Maintain, clean, and sanitize coffee equipment, counters, and utensils throughout the
shift.
● Inventory Management: Restock cups, lids, syrups, milk, and coffee beans as needed to
ensure smooth shift transitions.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $8.00 - $10.00 per hour
