We are actively seeking reliable crews and trade partners to support our continued growth. Whether you specialize in one trade or offer multiple services, we'd like to hear from you.

You do not need to perform every service listed. We are looking for qualified subcontractors in any of these trades.
Minimum Requirements
To be considered, subcontractors must provide:
- Current W-9
- Certificate of General Liability Insurance
- Certificate of Workers' Compensation Insurance (or valid exemption if applicable)
- Reliable transportation with a clean, professional work vehicle (white vans or work trucks preferred)
- Professional appearance and conduct
- Reliable communication via phone, text, and email
- Ability to provide quality workmanship and excellent customer service

Interview Process
Qualified subcontractors will be invited to:

- Visit our Fairfax office for a brief interview
- Review insurance and documentation
- Discuss pricing, capabilities, and expectations
