As the Employee Navigator Eligibility Specialist, you will be responsible for creating, configuring, and optimizing the Employee Navigator platform for our organization, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for HR teams and their employees. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to tailor the system’s capabilities to meet organizational needs, improve HR operations, and enhance the employee experience. Your expertise will drive the successful implementation and utilization of Employee Navigator's tools and resources.
Partner with HR, IT, and other departments to ensure Employee Navigator supports organizational goals, including talent management, benefits administration, and employee engagement.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with other HR systems (e.g., ADP, Workday, BambooHR, etc.).
Familiarity with benefits administration, compliance regulations (e.g., ACA, HIPAA), and payroll processes.
