HR Supervisor – Caguas, Puerto Rico
Salary: $50,000 annually + $500 monthly car allowance
Ability to complete interviews in English
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise recruitment, onboarding, and employee development processes
- Manage employee relations and support conflict resolution
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Support performance management and training initiatives
- Prepare HR reports, metrics, and documentation
- Collaborate with leadership on HR projects and continuous improvement efforts
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Previous experience supervising HR functions
- Fully bilingual (English and Spanish)
- Availability to work an occasional 3rd shift (approximately once a month)
- Ability to travel outside Puerto Rico if required
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
Compensation
- Annual salary of $50,000
- $500 monthly car allowance
