Overview
Join our dynamic team as a Manager or Assistant Manager, where you will lead and inspire hospitality professionals to deliver exceptional food service experiences. Duties
- Supervise daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, service delivery, and staff coordination
- Manage and train team members on food handling, safety protocols, POS systems (Focus), and customer service standards
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and dining areas
- Handle cash transactions accurately, perform cash handling duties, and reconcile daily sales using POS systems
- Lead shift management by assigning roles, monitoring performance, and resolving customer or staff issues promptly
- Conduct staff training sessions on culinary techniques, food safety management, and hospitality best practices
Skills
- Proven experience in quick service & fast food restaurant management or casual dining environments with strong supervisory skills
- Extensive knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety standards
- Proficiency with POS systems for order processing and sales tracking
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally
- Effective communication skills for managerial oversight and team leadership in a fast-paced setting
- Basic math skills for cash handling, order calculations, and inventory management
- Experience in managing hospitality operations including kitchen management, catering events, banquet services, or bar operations is a plus
Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
