About the Role
Join a small, collaborative team that supports a global network of engineers and specialists. You'll play a critical role in delivering outstanding customer service and operational support for bioprocessing systems used to develop and manufacture life-saving products, such as medications and vaccines.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer communications, log inquiries, and escalate issues to technical teams
- Manage spare parts and service quote requests, follow up on purchase orders and status updates
- Coordinate incoming materials for in-house calibrations and repairs
- Track and support RMA and warranty requests
- Monitor service contracts and KPIs
- Consolidate data for asset management
- Adjust service schedules and assist in resource planning
- Support special projects as assigned
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 2–4 years of customer service, order management, or sales support experience
- Proficiency with Salesforce and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Prior experience in biotech, pharma, or medical device industry preferred
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- A collaborative, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset
Nice to Have
- Experience with RMA, repair coordination, or warranty management
- Familiarity with service logistics and project coordination
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour
