M To-Pros is a Construction Project Management company based in New York City. We are seeking a talented Associate Program Manager for an exciting program with the New York City School Construction Authority.
The Ideal Associate Program Manager candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- Shall have a baccalaureate degree in engineering/ architecture and/or construction related field from an accredited college or university and eight (8) years of full time experience as a technical specialist in construction and design related fields; four (4) years must have involved managing all phases of construction work on multiple contracts; or a comparable combination of education and experience.
- Shall have ability in the following areas; oral and written communication that is clear and concise, understanding of contract documents such as specifications and drawings; problem solving; Shall have experience in new, rehab and modernization construction.
- Previous experience working with New York City public agencies strngly preferred.
Pay: $60.00 - $70.00 per hour
