Job Summary
We are a growing business financing brokerage helping small business owners access working capital, equipment financing, and other funding solutions. We’re looking for motivated, self-driven sales professionals who are comfortable making outbound calls and building relationships with business owners.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to business owners using provided leads
- Qualify prospects and identify financing needs
- Build rapport and maintain consistent follow-up
- Gather basic business information and submit applications
- Maintain accurate notes and activity in CRM
- Meet daily and weekly call and production goals
Qualifications
- Strong communication and phone skills
- Comfortable making 150–300+ outbound calls per day
- Sales experience preferred
- MCA, business financing, or B2B sales experience is a plus
- Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented
- Ability to work independently and stay organized
