About the Role
As a Sales Associate at Oregrown, you’re not just selling cannabis, you’re helping people find the right vibe for their day. You’ll be the first friendly face customers see when they walk through the door, guiding both first-time consumers and long-time enthusiasts toward products that make their experience unforgettable. Full-time, open availability.

Requirements
- Must be 21 or older
- Current OLCC Marijuana Handler’s Permit
- Previous cannabis retail experience preferred
What You’ll Be Doing
- Provide top-tier customer service and cannabis education
- Recommend products that match each customer’s goals and preferences
- Handle cash and verify IDs accurately
- Keep the shop stocked, clean, and looking great
- Maintain compliance with all OLCC regulations
- Update menus, fulfill online orders, and support opening/closing duties
- Communicate clearly with your team and management
Pay and Perks
- Budtender starting wage: $16.00/hour + tips
