We are seeking a motivated Holiday Decorator / Production Associate to assist with the production, installation, and maintenance of holiday displays. This role involves decorating holiday décor, organizing warehouse inventory, supporting installations, and ensuring a safe and clean work environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the production and installation of holiday displays and decorations.
- Decorate trees, wreaths, garlands, and other holiday décor according to design specifications.
- Ensure all lighting and holiday décor are in proper working condition.
- Follow production schedules and design instructions provided by supervisors and managers.
- Receive, label, organize, and maintain inventory within the warehouse.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
- Move holiday products and materials as needed.
- Stand for extended periods, bend, reach, and lift materials throughout the workday.
- Deliver high-quality work to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Comply with all company Health & Safety policies and procedures.
- Participate in required safety meetings, audits, and training sessions.
- Work both indoors and outdoors based on business needs.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in holiday decorating, production, warehouse operations, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
- Strong time-management skills.
- Ability to perform physical work, including lifting, bending, and standing for long periods.
Work Schedule
- Initial schedule will generally be Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM.
- During the peak holiday season (mid-November through mid-January), candidates should be flexible to work extended hours, occasional weekends, and possible overnight shifts as business needs require.

Pay: $19.80 - $21.40 per hour
