Presentation Rehabilitation & Skilled Care Center, a proud member of Ascentria Care Alliance, is seeking an experienced RN or LPN Nurse Supervisor to join our dedicated clinical leadership team.
Our 122-bed, nonprofit skilled nursing and rehabilitation center is newly renovated, Joint Commission accredited, and highly rated by both the Massachusetts Department of Public Health and CMS. We provide exceptional short-term rehabilitation, long-term care, and Alzheimer's/dementia care in a supportive, resident-centered environment.

What You'll Do
As the 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM Nurse Supervisor, you'll provide clinical leadership and support to our nursing team while ensuring residents receive the highest quality of care.
Responsibilities include:
- Provide leadership and supervision to licensed nurses and nursing assistants.
- Conduct resident assessments and respond to changes in condition.
- Oversee admissions and coordinate resident care.
- Support staff through coaching, guidance, and clinical expertise.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and nursing best practices.
- Foster exceptional customer service for residents, families, and visitors.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to promote outstanding clinical outcomes.
What We're Looking ForQualifications
- Current Massachusetts RN or LPN license in good standing.
- Current CPR certification.
- Two or more years of long-term care, rehabilitation, or geriatric nursing experience preferred.
- Previous nursing leadership or supervisory experience.
- Experience with admissions, assessments, and clinical documentation.
- Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills.
