We are seeking a creative, organized, and results-oriented Marketing Specialist to support the execution of strategic marketing initiatives that strengthen our brand, engage target audiences, and support business growth.
This role is ideal for a marketing professional who enjoys a blend of content creation, campaign execution, digital marketing, social media, and event coordination. The Marketing Specialist will work closely with cross-functional teams to bring campaigns to life, maintain brand consistency, and contribute to a high-performing marketing function.
As our Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in executing marketing initiatives across several areas, including:
- Create compelling marketing content for digital and print channels
- Support the development of brochures, presentations, email content, website copy, and sales materials
- Translate complex topics into clear, audience-friendly messaging
- Help maintain a consistent and professional brand voice across all communications
- Assist in building and managing multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Support email marketing, landing pages, forms, and content updates within marketing platforms
- Strong writing, editing, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Exposure to healthcare, employee benefits, insurance, or professional services
- Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM/marketing automation platforms
- Familiarity with website analytics, SEO best practices, and social media management tools
- Experience supporting events, conferences, or field marketing initiatives
