Job Summary
The Wisco Project Manager is responsible for overseeing seamless gutter and roofing installation projects to final completion. This position manages project scheduling, material ordering and staging, jobsite coordination, quality control, and customer communication while providing field support to installation crews. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and experienced in residential gutter systems, roofing or both. Also capable of performing small service repairs such as replacing a downspout, installing gutter covers and other service work to get the projects completed.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage installation projects from ordering materials, through final completion.
- Work with the office manager to schedule installation crews and coordinate daily job assignments.
- Complete small service work projects.
- Verify project specifications before fabrication and installation.
- Order materials and maintain inventory of gutters, downspouts, leaf protection systems, and accessories.
- Troubleshoot installation challenges and provide technical guidance to field crews.
- Prepare change orders, and project documentation.
- Ensure all projects are completed safely, efficiently, and within budget.
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
- Guide installation technicians on best practices and safety procedures.
- Maintain company vehicles, trailers, tools, equipment, and gutter machines as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of project management and/or field service experience relating to gutter installation.
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to use technology.
- Valid driver's license
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to be a self starter and take initiative on and off the job site
Physical Requirements
- Lift up to 80 pounds.
- Ability to work on ladders.
- Stand, kneel, climb, and work in various indoor and outdoor weather conditions.
Pay: $52,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
