We're seeking a dependable and motivated CDL Driver / General Laborer to support the transportation and logistics of modular housing units. This hybrid role combines driving expertise with hands-on labor, offering a dynamic work environment and the opportunity to contribute to innovative housing solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely transport completed modular units from the production facility to designated storage sites
- Sequence and organize modular units at storage locations for efficient site delivery
- Assist in preparing units for final delivery, including inspection and staging
- Collaborate with skilled trades within the factory to support modular unit production
- Flexibly support other work areas as needed to meet operational demands
Qualifications:

Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) license with a clean driving record

Ability to perform general labor tasks in a physically active environment

Strong teamwork and communication skills
