Line Cook – Rocco’s Italian Kitchen (Bradenton)
Part-Time | $15–$20 per hour depending on experience
Rocco’s Italian Kitchen is looking for a reliable, hardworking line cook to join our kitchen team. We are a busy Italian restaurant serving pasta, pizza, seafood, and steaks in a fast-paced but supportive environment.
We are currently building a strong, professional kitchen team under our new chef and are looking for someone who enjoys working with others to produce great food.
Responsibilities
· Work efficiently on the line during service
· Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards
· Assist with prep including portioning, chopping, and ingredient preparation
· Maintain a clean and organized station
· Follow food safety and quality standards
What we’re looking for
· At least 1 year of line cook experience
· Ability to work well with the kitchen team
· Reliability and strong work ethic
· Ability to stay organized during busy service
· Experience in sautee is a plus
