RESPONSIBILITIES AND FOCUS
- Creating exceptional experiences for our members and guests
- Operating our POS system with accuracy
- Knowledgeable of our menu in order to answer any questions a guest might have
- Communicating clearly with our members and guests in order to ensure accurate orders
- Setting up for events by putting out tablecloths and place settings, arranging table placement and setting up buffets
- Carrying plates of food on trays and serving guests
- Keeping glasses filled; remove each round of plates and replenish utensils
- Performing cleaning tasks and breakdown of service after the Banquet
- Must maintain high standards of safety and cleanliness.
- Adhere to grooming, appearance and dress standard
- Complete daily housekeeping duties for the dining room and bar
- Outgoing and engaging as we interact with members and guests
- Work efficiently
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be available for days and some nights/weekends
- Takes initiative
- Previous experience preferred
- Has excellent verbal communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Attention to detail
- Assist fellow employees to deliver quality service to our members and guests.
- Previous waiter/waitress experience is favorable
- High school diploma preferred
- Must be 21
