Job Summary
We are seeking energetic and highly skilled High Access/Rope Access Climbers to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will perform specialized work at elevated heights on telecommunications towers, cell sites, and other infrastructure using rope access techniques. Your expertise will ensure safe, efficient installation, maintenance, and inspection of critical telecommunications equipment, including antennas, fiber optic cables, and RF testing gear. The ideal candidate is passionate about outdoor work, possesses strong technical skills, and is committed to safety and quality.

Duties
- Conduct high-angle climbing and rope access operations to install, inspect, repair, and maintain telecommunications infrastructure such as antennas, fiber splicing, and cabling.
- Utilize telecommunications testing equipment like voltmeters and RF testers to verify signal integrity and troubleshoot issues related to 3G, 4G/LTE, 5G networks, and other wireless systems.
- Execute fiber splicing tasks with accuracy while adhering to industry standards for low voltage and high voltage systems.
- Implement construction fall protection systems and follow OSHA safety standards during all field activities to ensure a safe working environment.
- Conduct high-angle rescue operations when required, demonstrating proficiency in emergency response procedures at heights.
- Use hand tools efficiently for cable management, antenna mounting, or other construction-related activities.
Skills
- Proven experience in tower climbing, antenna installation, RF testing (including radio frequency (RF) testing), and telecommunication field service.
- Strong knowledge of high voltage (HV) and low voltage (LV) electrical systems; capable of working safely around energized equipment.
- Skilled preferred in fiber splicing techniques for fiber optic cables used in 5G and other wireless networks.
- Familiarity with telecommunication testing equipment such as voltmeters, RF analyzers, and cable testers.
- Experience with rigging techniques for lifting heavy equipment safely at heights; knowledgeable about construction fall protection systems.
- Knowledge of federal construction safety regulations and OSHA safety standards applicable to tower climbing and outdoor work environments.
- Competent in the use of hand tools, cabling tools necessary for field service tasks.
- Excellent climbing skills with a focus on safety protocol adherence during tower climbing or antenna installation activities.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining a high level of safety awareness.

Pay: From $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 – 45.0 per week
